The products and prices displayed in the webshop are gross prices, expressed in Hungarian Forints, and include value-added tax (VAT). The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices, product descriptions, and availability without prior notice.

Orders are placed through the website, where the Customer selects products, adds them to the cart, provides the necessary shipping and billing information, and finalizes the order. Placing an order constitutes a payment obligation; however, the order confirmation does not automatically constitute acceptance of the contract. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of an order in justified cases.

The Customer may choose from the following payment methods: cash on delivery, card payment, or bank transfer. Until full payment is completed, the product remains the property of the Service Provider.

Ordered products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer or to a parcel locker. Delivery time is generally 2–5 business days for in-stock products. For custom-made products, the delivery time may be longer, typically 5–15 business days, depending on the nature of the product. The Service Provider is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

According to applicable laws, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. However, this right does not apply to custom-made products, as they are produced based on the Customer’s specific request and personalized requirements. The Customer must notify the Service Provider of their intention to withdraw in writing.

The Service Provider is liable for defective performance in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code. In such cases, the Customer may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or, as a last resort, withdrawal from the contract if the defect cannot be remedied.

The Customer may submit complaints via the provided email address or by post. The Service Provider will investigate the complaint within 30 days of receipt and respond in writing.

The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from internet network failures, technical issues, or force majeure events. Personal data is handled in accordance with a separate Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.

The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions, which shall take effect upon publication on the website. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably; failing this, disputes shall be settled by the competent Hungarian court.
